My swarmmate is trying to unlock phobos junction by scanning a cephalon fragment on mars, but they just aren't spawning. And I know they aren't spawning, because I have three stacking loot radar mods equipped and I can't find them. I have a personal quarters segment and am liable to find somachord fragments, but we aren't finding those either. I do have one song from Mars. Is my presence the reason fragments aren't spawning? Would they be spawning if she just did the missions alone?

EDIT: She looked on her own and found one real quick. WTF?

They somewhat recently "reworked" Cephalon Fragments/Somachords/frame fighter to make them less visible if you've already completed them. If you've already scanned them, they won't show up on your map* and will appear translucent.

On higher level missions (planets that are (+25) I find Somachords/Cephalon Fragments start to show up on the map again even if they've already been completed for that planet.

Celphalon Fragment
Somachord

Just for completeness, here's an example of the scanned versions on a Jupiter mission which do have working mini-map icons:
Cephalon Fragment
Somachord

Ah, I see DE is committed to their goal of making it harder for new players to reach the second dream. Jeepers creepers, guys.
