So the head of the Florida GOP is a rapist and adulterer, and his wife, a "family values" school board member and "moms for liberty" founder, who stood besides Desantis when he signed his bigoted "dont say gay" law, is a bisexual adulterer.

Imagine these fucking people preaching about sin to anyone else in the country.

[-] Rapidcreek@reddthat.com 70 points 10 months ago

I wonder what book they got from library that lead to all this.

[-] mosiacmango@lemm.ee 24 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago)

It sounds like "the gays" were involved, so at least they still have their favorite scapegoat.

[-] ZapBeebz_@lemmy.world 15 points 10 months ago

Wait, so the Gays™ were coming from inside the house???

[-] TurboDiesel@lemmy.world 21 points 10 months ago

Nah, just inside his wife.

[-] TheOgreChef@lemmy.world 7 points 10 months ago

Joke answer, the Bible. Real answer, these people don’t read.

[-] ChicoSuave@lemmy.world 4 points 10 months ago

They probably learned it at a drag show

[-] jordanlund@lemmy.world 10 points 10 months ago

Is it adultery if both spouses agree to it though?

Still a rapist, just fuzzy on the adultery part.

[-] agent_flounder@lemmy.world 16 points 10 months ago

According to their Bible it is.

[-] mosiacmango@lemm.ee 11 points 10 months ago

They both had sex with someone out of wedlock, so yes. Doing so alongside their spouse doesnt change that in a biblical sense.

There is no "its okay if your spouse is cool with it" exception.

As someone in a bisexual polyamorous relationship, in any other case I’d say no because it’s among informed consenting parties.

But for these hypocrites? Yeah, they can fuck right off with that. You don’t get to have your crusade against queers and eat your partner out too.

[-] Stunning@lemmy.zip 55 points 10 months ago

It’s always the people you most suspect.

[-] watson387@sopuli.xyz 24 points 10 months ago

Neither of those people look like drag queens to me.

[-] 7112@lemmy.world 21 points 10 months ago

What was that about casting stones and glass houses...

Seriously, this is terrible if true. Rape is too common and its effects are usually lifelong.

[-] negativeyoda@lemmy.world 18 points 10 months ago

Her number is on her school board reelection page. Best not call or text it to say how you feel about this.

That would be rude

[-] BigMacHole@lemm.ee 17 points 10 months ago

Look at those damn DEMOCRATS trying to Infiltrate our SCHOOLS!

What do you mean multiple Moms For Liberty high ranking personnel, who's agenda is trying to infiltrate schools, were arrested for sexual and pedophile crimes? We don't care about that! We care about GAY SQUIRRELS IN BOOKS!

[-] fluxion@lemmy.world 17 points 10 months ago

Such family values

[-] RozhkiNozhki@lemmy.world 16 points 10 months ago

That's one hell of a headline man.

[-] oDDmON@lemmy.world 14 points 10 months ago

There have been no charges filed in the case and…

Likely never will be.

the Trident is unaware whether the woman’s allegations have been substantiated.

Don’t think she’d’ve spoken up otherwise, do you?

[-] TransplantedSconie@lemm.ee 12 points 10 months ago

Remember ladies: Never believe unicorn hunters. Not even once.

[-] otter@lemmy.dbzer0.com 7 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago)

As a former "unicorn hunter", I fully recognize that I was in the minority and had to work that much harder to overcome the stigma fueled (and fully justified) by asshat antics of others in the space during that era of my life. Thankfully, it wasn't long before my partner was able to stir their courage to also share that role, but it was pretty challenging in the beginning, running those intros solo. 😅

tl;dr: Don't fuck this lying sack of fetid GOP pus; he's another in a long line of predators and deserves every exposé in the works.

[-] Bunnylux@lemmy.world 7 points 10 months ago

He couldn't just enjoy a long time 3 way relationship, had to go and force the other lady one on one. Some people are real idiots.

[-] TheJims@lemmy.world 7 points 10 months ago

What’s wrong Sandtits face? Is that a smile or a stroke?

[-] HWK_290@lemmy.world 8 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago)

They know they're bad, they just want to blame that comic they saw once or anything else for it, because obviously they were meant to be angels unlike everyone else.
