It's interesting how most of the really early color photography seems to come out of the Russian Empire.
The US library of congress has a nice collection. prokudin had invented a method of taking 3 separate images with r g b filters. https://www.loc.gov/collections/prokudin-gorskii/about-this-collection/
The man who took these pictures was an early innovator in color photography and patronized by the Tsar, so he had a lot of opportunity. Some very gorgeous work, I love it.
There's a potato documentary about a guy who trades potatoes on Netflix. It's short and interesting.
