I just think it's crazy that it's taken this long to have rental housing in the game, given that it's the most common living arrangement in the United States.

The original designers of sim city tested realistic American infrastructure and decided against adding it to the game because it was just full of parking lots and made them depressed

Maybe sims 4 devs had the same experience with rent DLC

The Sims is liberal meritocratic propaganda, and in this TED Talk I will...

If I can allow the murder of innocents in fiction, maybe I can allow the next worst thing, landlording sicko-satan

My online friend bought it and she just uses it with her existing mods to make it into a cheap porno where nobody has money to pay the rent, or the plumber or the pizza guy I guess

I think there would be a special irony to the FOR RENT expansion pack if you couldn't actually own the DLC, you just had to pay Maxis $4.99/mo to access the content indefinitely.

normally i despise seeing people murder or cause harm to fictional characters who (go about their day and don't bother you) for gags or funnies, but i think i can give a pass for landlords. fuck em.
