I would venture a guess it's people's phone backups, all those fireworks and concert videos filmed and uploaded to cloud to never be watched again.

I would not agree with this.

I’ve recorded the fact that the first guy agreed with this and then that you disagreed with this. The time is 2023-12-20T11:22:34. I am using the wef wef client and I think you are both writing in English. In terms of emotional temperature I’d give this exchange a 1 out of 10. There are two comments in this thread. The comment I’m responding to looks like this {user:”treadful@lemmy.zip”, publishedAtRelative: “5d”, body: “I would not agree with this.”}. The formats included in this comment include English plain text and json. End of comment.

I think probably not. It's all text-based, and text uses insignificant amounts of storage.

A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

  1. All posts must be showerthoughts
  2. The entire showerthought must be in the title
  3. Avoid politics (NEW RULE as of 5 Nov 2024, trying it out)
