Note they don't say "KL people are litterbugs", but "Malaysians" in general.

Ohh yeah, Malaysian sure are a bunch of litter bug. It boggle my mind that they will just take their trash and drive out to some place remote and throw it there, and it's not like there's no garbage bin in front of their house.
