It's such a shame that the Western world is using the ship staff as human shields

According to the reports I saw the ship was not destroyed or incapacitated and will be able to continue its journey to its destination. I'm afraid as much as we all like cheering for Ansar Allah here until they actually sink or badly damage a ship enough it has to be towed to a harbor for emergency repairs shipping is unlikely to be deterred meaningfully from using the red sea. Unfortunately there are enough US air and naval assets surveilling the area that going out on a boat or power-gliders and trying to seize a ship by manned force (which is the other option which would cause a diversion of shipping) is highly unlikely to result in successful boarding let alone getting a boarded ship back to Yemeni waters and harbor before US can drop troops onto the ship via helicopters.

So while it is valiant they resist in the face of death, they're not actually accomplishing anything major yet and it seems their missile tech is not adequate to touch the NATO fleet yet. Unless they get major upgrades from Iran I'm afraid it's a spirited effort unlikely to alter anything as many here have hoped for. Though just resisting in itself is an act of bravery and an important one, like spitting in the face of a tyrant it dares give others the courage to do the same.
