i wore my free Palestine tshirt all day yesterday

2 guys told me they loved it, 1 in California and 1 in Las Vegas

everyone else in Vegas seems to have a problem with it because there were a lot of stink eyes and not so subtle comments and whispers while pointing or glaring

of all the places I've been wearing these shirts for the past 7 months Vegas is the first place where people seem to be more openly hostile and generally against Palestinians. Obviously just anecdotal but it's very odd to me considering it's almost purely tourists from everywhere else

i love how the only comment to it is "but couldn't the military AWACS planes have been there innocently?"

Huzzah for Mayor London Breed advancing the police state inch by inch. The police no longer have to worry about pesky lawsuits by overstepping their bounds using drones and other robotic means for surveillance and remote law enforcement. Now they can fly drones around and just follow people "suspected" of maybe having committed a crime, or not.

Ultra wealthy tech bros clink champagne glasses as the proles vote to kick the lowest among themselves off any public assistance by testing for any "illegal" drugs in their system before they can collect the paltry assistance that already requires navigating hoops and miles of red tape.

First time I think I've ever seen anything positive about the USSR in a video game.

Holy shit what is up with that site? It slowed my whole computer down to a crawl and made the fans kick in on high. I looked at UBlockOrigin and it showed >7k blocks and I'd only been on the page for like 10 seconds. What the hell are they tryin to do there

they actually went around and redid roads, curbs, and sidewalks in the general area. they repainted the lines on the roads. they (re?)painted the overpasses so they look nicer from underneath.

they opened a bunch of outdoor stalls in Chinatown and they're keeping them running late into the night, giving the appearance that it's a bustling diverse area that people frequent long after most of the businesses are closed.

From my experience on a normal evening most of Chinatown closes around 6pm and it becomes more of a ghost town than a bustling market.

They've been running state news propaganda about it non-stop for the past couple weeks. They love to talk about cleaning up SF's image from a dystopian nightmare into some sort of world renowned vibrant bastion of freedom, safety, and wealth.

it's disturbing
