Video game pricing has always just been a vibe, and frankly I'm surprised that the price hasn't gone higher already and found the ceiling that capital-G Gamers are willing to pay (my guess? $150.) - I guess because the "growth" that the industry was experiencing thanks to MTX shit was good enough but now it's slowed down and they need to look at other means of "growing" again.
