Game is not bad but I stopped playing it after 2 days. There are better horde games, for example Deep Rock Galactic. Bonus, it doesn't have kernel anticheat.

Deep Rock Galactic is good but after dumping 80 hours into the game it’s gone stale. I’m sure when they update the game in June it’s going to be great.

The more I play it, the less I think it is a horde shooter and the more I think the people playing it like a horde shooter are making the game WAY harder than it needs to be.

It's a guerrilla warfare simulator, and I kind of love it for that. Both games have a place in my library, and I'll likely keep coming back to each one every time there's a major update.

You're dead on. Sadly the game never explains it but you're really not meant to shoot everything on the map and that's what every new player is doing right now. Navigating around patrols to reach your objectives and knowing when to disengage and circle back when you're being overwhelmed are the real core of the game.

This game is insanely good! I hope they'll fix the matchmaking issues soon.

I own Helldiver 1 and I found it too difficult even at the lowest setting(I couch coop with my wife). Is the 2nd one equally hard?

It is pretty literally Helldivers 1 in third person, which just makes it even more chaotic because now things can sneak up on you. If you found the first one too difficult this is just as hard, if not more so because of the camera change.
