Honestly theres a bunch of dog owners that shouldn't be, I don't mind them having robot dogs as their needs will be lesser.

Where have you been, we've been trying to make robot dogs work since the late 90s. Boston Dynamics is gettin' pretty close now.

Robot dog still needs to be kept on a leash for some reason, you can activate Full Self-Walking mode but you're required to be on the alert at all times in case it malfunctions
