Bough - think of the nursery rhyme "Rock-a-bye Baby" . A big tree branch.

Hiccough - I believe in time we've just simplified this to hiccup.

There's also the 'ock' pronunciation in McGloughlin

Sometimes it may be prounouned 'off', but not always

(One of its origins is Mac Lochlainn)
