forgot to make saeujeot sauce (fermented shrimp sauce)... no wonder i felt like it was missing the umph and i had to use sea salt flakes lol.

What's the recipe?
Pork:
- 1 kg fresh pork belly
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of doenjang
- 1 big onion quartered
- 1 bulb of garlic
- 1 smol biji ginger
- 1 cup of coffee (hazelnut preferred)
- enough water to cover the pork
boil for maybe 1 hour then lower the heat and simmer for another 15-20 minutes. do not overcook it it will fall apart when you cut it.
quite bland so the fermented shrimp sauce is a must also (forgot to make today):
- 1 table spoon saeujeot
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- gochugaru to taste
- water to taste
- minced garlic (a bit)
- sesame seeds ( a bit)
