They ARE mixed use buildings. The one in the middle is the public weed orgy center and the one on the left is the collective bakery. The one on the right is the lifestyle performance art house. 30 people live there and pretend to be dodo birds as symbolism. All of them have housing so people who like the faculties can always live right next to them.
