Some time ago, I pulled this sticker off our old fridge before we got rid of it and put it onto my PC's side panel (don't ask me why, I guess I thought it looked cool). I don't exactly know where it came from or who put it there, although I suspect it was put there by a Australian relative that was visiting us a long time ago (the Murrumbidgee is a river in NSW, Australia).

Does anyone know the artist or name of this if it even has one? There's no obvious signature that I can see.

Feel free to remove if this isn't allowed.

Edit: I've since found out that this comic strip was actually made by the relative who put it on our fridge. It depicts something that had happened to them; I won't go into it further cause they don't know that I've even posted this here but yeah

I figured it was either British or Aussie, since I'm American and didn't understand half of it ๐Ÿ˜‚

"no car today"

"no I had to walk, I think there's water in the engine"

"where abouts?"

"in the river"

That is so stupid but I can't stop laughing reading the original now.

It looks like a copy of Snake Tales. The art on this one is a bit rougher than what I recall from Snake Tales, but the style is the same.

It does look like his style.

Similar noses, but Drabble's artist is American.

'Beyond the black stump' was a famous Australian comic strip but this doesn't look similar. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beyond_the_Black_Stump_(comic_strip)

It doesn't look like the Ettamogah pub series. Or ginger meggs
