It's obviously pretty novice, and the subject matter is r o u g h, but I don't think it's bad. Needs more art to it, but I think it'll evolve.

Just sprang out of my head while I was in the shower and I scribbled it down while it was fresh. Never happened to me before.

I love reading poetry and am most of c/poetry, but didn't think to try my hand at it. Nice to do something creative.

Oh it's the free verse kind. I don't think it's bad. A good poem (of any kind; I specialize in sestinas for example) is one you can feel, and I could relate to the vibes.
