I’m currently using Memmy and it’s giving me Apollo vibes but I’m open to testing out other apps ^^

Memmy, and occasionally WefWef if I need to check on any odd behavior in Memmy.

If both are acting odd I web version it to confirm, then file a report.

Memmy (iOS) reminds me of Apollo, feel right at home. I don't even miss Reddit at this point.

Liftoff is my favourite so far, but every time I use it I get the theme song from the old Australian kids show of the same name stuck in my head and it drives me insane.

I used Boost for a couple of years and will almost certainly be switching back to it as soon as it's available, it's set to download immediately from the play store when it releases.

I am using Liftoff right now. And it works for me

[-] Kolanaki@yiffit.net 1 points 2 years ago

I'm loving Liftoff, but I am waiting for Boost to be available cuz the previews posted of it look more like RIF, and I always preferred RIF.

[-] CrypticCoffee@lemmy.world 1 points 2 years ago

Firefox. My initial experience with Jerboa wasn't great but it is improving.

[-] Ignacio@kbin.social 1 points 2 years ago

I'm with Liftfoff, until Beyond reaches its usable stage (RIP Infinity).

[-] RetroHitch@kbin.social 1 points 2 years ago

As a kbin user do these apps work for that or not? I chose kbin because i prefer the web UX.

[-] Dav@kbin.social 1 points 2 years ago

The web ui is solid, but still patiently waiting for the Artemis app. Looks like it’s shaping up nice.

Using browser for now. Waiting Sync for lemmy

[-] OtakuAltair@vlemmy.net 1 points 2 years ago

Wefwef while waiting for sync and boost; might actually keep using wefwef though if it keeps improving at this rate. Let's see.

I mostly use Connect and sometimes wefwef too. I tried Jerboa but it's very laggy on my phone. And I'm waiting for Sync.

[-] gentoo_biscuit@thelemmy.club 1 points 2 years ago

Using Jerboa right now. It's mostly good. I'm just unsure if the search function is returning all communities.. but maybe that's not possible? Still learning the details of the fediverse lol

[-] Marxine@lemmy.world 1 points 2 years ago

Mostly Jerboa, but also Thunder and LiftOff. All of them function nicely.

[-] 0xb@lemmy.world 1 points 2 years ago

All of them rig now.

So far really liking wefwef, but connect and liftoff are really good as well.

The app ecosystem will be changing a lot in the next couple months so I will keep testing whatever keeps coming out.

[-] octalfudge@lemmy.world 1 points 2 years ago

Was using wefwef but could not get over the PWA feel, now using Mlem and loving it!

[-] CountMonte@lemmy.world 1 points 2 years ago

Jerboa for browsing everything. And then Slide while at work because I disabled NSFW in Slide.

[-] LemmyKravitz@lemmy.ca 1 points 2 years ago

jerboa, liftoff & wefwef, although I see liftoff more.

[-] Jed_77@feddit.uk 1 points 2 years ago

Between Jerboa and Connect atm. Prefer the look of Jerboa but it definitely is buggier. All of a sudden it wouldn't let me subscribe to communities so spending more time on Connect. Have signed up for boost though do will check that once it's released.

[-] Mateng@kbin.social 1 points 2 years ago

I am using Liftoff and Jerboa with lemmy.ml - I prefer Liftoff. Lemmy.ml is pretty slow recently.
I also have a kbin account with subscriptions to the same communities, and on mobile I am using the web app: Howto install a web app.

This has been asked dozens of times in the past days and weeks. I wish people would use the search function.

Long term I hope we move a part of this to the wiki. https://joinfediverse.wiki/What_is_Lemmy%3F

To still provide something helpful for the current thread: https://lemmyapps.netlify.app/

[-] EcstaticHumility@lemmy.one 1 points 2 years ago

The web app for now. works well for me.

[-] athlon@lemm.ee 1 points 2 years ago

Memmy ftw. But also, developing my own app for macOS right now :)

[-] Crunchypotat77@vlemmy.net 1 points 2 years ago

I've tried mlem and memmy.

I like memmy better.

[-] daniskarma@lemmy.world 1 points 2 years ago

Currently liftoff, though I still have jerboa installed for some things.
