You have finally put on the They Live! shades, and have now seen how shit the food is. Now that you know it sucks, you are now a free man, anon!

Anytime I travel out of the States the food is (almost) always better. Even the worst meals in Europe are generally better quality wise than here.

I try to maintain a healthier diet when I return but, man is it difficult when everything seems to be processed.

Funny, I just came back from Croatia, and I would also agree. The EU has better food regulations than America as well.

It's crazy what we allow. Especially considering how abysmal the health care is.

When you see the factors, our inevitable crisis's are less shocking but just as painful.

I can't wait to experience the food in Croatia! Any local specialities / dishes you found that were definite need to tries?

Well according to every 113-year-old they've ever interviewed the secret to life is smoke 80 packs a day. So you never know perhaps junk food really is the elixir of life

Eat your vegetables lmao. Foods to feel good:

  1. Vegetables
  2. Fruits
  3. Dairy
  4. Meat
  5. Starchy (makes you tired)

Next time eat a salad.

[-] sugar_in_your_tea@sh.itjust.works 5 points 11 months ago* (last edited 11 months ago)

Instructions unclear, just ate a massive salad made from cheetos and slim jims and feel like crap.
