You can't trim aloes, repot and give it more light it'll stop reaching out.

You can butcher your plant if you wish but it will look very ugly, and probably something it will take a long time (years ) to recover from.

It's so cute like this! Give this guy a bigger pot!

Bigger pot + more light would probably lead to better-looking growth. Pot should be prioritized. But definitely don’t trim it!
