True that! But wefwef is unfortunately a little finicky on my phone. Sometimes scrolling doesn't respond at all :(
That's a bug with safari unfortunately. The trick is to not touch anything for a few seconds then try scrolling again. If you try scrolling too quickly you reset the "counter" though
The devs mentioned that in one of the release notes. They say it’s due to a bug in WebKit. If you touch nothing for a second or two it will unfreeze.
I get a horrible flicker issue with wefwef. Requires me to close and reopen a few times to get it working right. Still using Jerboa mostly since it's basic and functions enough.

I have way more bugs on Memmy. I can’t even reply to most comments in that app for some reason. Wefwef can be a little finicky but smoother overall for me.
You can’t reply to comments? You swipe to reply. I have no issues replying on any version of it.
There are bugs but the developers fix a ton very quickly.
i've used a couple of apps but i find jerboa is the best so far. the bugs i encountered were as a result of me being part of a large instance rather than the app itself.
My only thing about Jerboa, is there a way to move the buttons under comments to the left? I use my left hand to browse and reaching all the way to the right is a bit much.
That would be a good feature to add, I'm personally a righty but I'm all for accessibility features.
I'm also right handed but I use my left hand for my phone. I never realized how weird that was until recently haha.

same. did you retain boost after July 1? it somehow still works for reddit (not that I'm using reddit at all, just kept it out of curiosity). I loved their new material design and am so excited for the lemmy app.

Yeah I did, I don't know why it kept working but it eventually stopped today. Didn't really care as same as you I only kept if out of curiosity and for all times sake. Might finally uninstall when Lemmy version will come out.

I’m surprised there aren’t many people talking about Mlem. It’s far from perfect and it still misses some basic features (such as a full screen image viewer lol) but I find it to be the prettiest and most intuitive of the bunch.

I’m preferring Memmy right now, but I’m keeping Mlem and wefwef on my home screen to see how they keep up.
Currently running Jerboa, liftoff and thunder. Would love to check memmy but couldn't find an APK last time I check the GitHub page, I'm not compiling it myself. I love Jerboa, but recently has been a bit buggy. Liftoff is nice, although I would like to see some changes.

I thought the update for Jerboa today cleared up a lot of the bugs and really improved the interface. It got really buggy and laggy for a while but I haven't had any issues today at all. I'm really impressed
