Among that list I would probably be inclined to go with the CRKT or Buck.

Current Gerber knives and all "Smith and Wesson" knives -- which are actually made by Taylor Cutlery -- are now overpriced Chinese manufactured garbage. This is not to say I have anything against Chinese manufactured garbage, per se, but there's no sense in overpaying for it.

If you are looking to blow roughly $50 at Cabelas, if I were you I would consider the Kershaw Heist.

Are these your only choices?

No, but I am trying to use up the rest of a Cabela’s gift card

Assuming you're on a budget, I'd look to Kershaw first and then CRKT at Cabela's. In particular, the Kershaw Heist. This is a fantastic ECD and a cross-bar locking knife as well. Light weight, thin, good blade shape. It's D2 steel so semi-stainless but getting a nice patina on a blade is expected with an EDC.
