I hate how many people in US government are just there to fuck people over. "Why did you become a judge?" "Oh, to block my fellow Americans from possible financial relief. So the logic is after all this time they now need more time to review the thing they know for a fact is bad and will harm [insert financial backer]?

Any harm to a single company is apparently far far more important than any harm to citizens apparently. Fuck me we're doomed.

I wonder if it's possible that Schelp has any ties to the mentioned "Loan Servicer" in Missouri. Might be a fast fix to force them to drop the suit; or at least rotate it around thusly to a judge who is less likely to be unreasonable.
