I do not know, but they are the most Ideologicaly far right at the moment so they would be the one I would be the most concerned about given I do not see any geopolitical issues in the bloc that would otherwise prevent it

Yup, if Cuba was accepted into BRICS then they'd have access to all the countries in the bloc.
