God damn I love charcuterie.
What meat did you use? All look mouthwatering and makes me want to go to the deli right now for some...
I shall confess, I don't know. All three were from a pack I found for cheap at Grocery Outlet, and I had taken them out of the bulky packaging and put into a tupperware.
Haha fair. Did it taste as good as it looks?
Sure did!
CHEESE
That looks amazing. The cured meats are beautiful, the cheeses look delicious and are perfectly cut.
Except that Triscuts suck. Please choose literally any other cracker.
No crackers. Good bread is the only way.
Ahahahah, these were rosemary olive oil flavor, which actually went quite well the meats
I haven’t tried that flavor, maybe they are better.
To me triscuits always feel like I'm eating straw. It's not the flavor, it's the texture of them.
This looks amazing! I was just in Norway and their local cheeses were all very good
In Wisconsin we called it the cheese board and had it every weekend. Would love to try Norwegian cheese!
