I think "Eatball" refers to the vegetarian option they offer
The French version makes no specific reference to the either version (boulettes), and it is stated later in the text that the "eatballs" are offered in both meat and vegetarian versions. The text is also full of typos.
I also couldn't get a reference to "Ikea eatballs" online.
