Is there a way to hide entire servers instead of specific communities from the Voyager app or anywhere on Lemmy? I have to keep up my hardboiled business facade and am sick of blocking each new community on ani.social...

I too would like this feature but I don't want to block those user's comments on other communities.

Does this setting only block the instance's posts from showing on All, or does it block everything from that instance, similar to defederating?

As it's a Lemmy setting, it's per account.

Not sure if Voyager allows similar feature for all accounts at once
