It's a common joke repeated from some obscure copypasta. I feel like it's based on Dwight's elaborate heist story in The Office, but I can't remember it clearly enough to say for sure.
It might have been inspired by the Barometer question, which frequently gets attributed to Niels Bohr in a similar fashion.
Say one thing about Einstein. Say he can rock a mean dress.
His face has “my mom made me wear this” written all over it.
Back then, it was typical for both boys and girls to wear dresses.
His left hand (to the viewers right) looks a bit weird…
