Liberals are projecting so hard. Look at how it's always "they" did wrong by not voting for Harris. These liberals don't put themselves in the same category as protestors, bipoc, queer people, etc.
It's always like, "listen I tried to tell you lessers to take your medicine and vote for the Democrat, but you didn't listen and now you'll suffer." It's never any semblance of solidarity, never thoughts about how to organize next time. It's just gloating. It's bragging about how they're comfortable white liberals who have nothing to fear, so they were throwing everyone else a bone by voting for the Dems.
Liberals see their own ideology as sacrifice somehow. They believe they're sacrificing something for the sake of vulnerable people, and yet this time around it seems like the vulnerable aren't grateful for another genocidal champion of the bourgeoisie

That infantalizing and condescension is why so many people are alienated from democrats and liberals. People hate it and we've been vocal about how much we hate it. Yet every election, democrats are like this. Always talking down to us like children, as though we're too stupid to understand having an empty stomach or being homeless.
Lots of liberals completely internalized Bush-era "War on Terror" rhetoric demonizing Arabs and Muslims. They tried to pass it off as "enlightened," that's the only real difference.
