I don't measure it. That said, I just spent my 8 hour workday in front of a screen. So at least that. By the time I go to bed it'll probably be like 12 hours if you count reading on an e-ink display.

Currently it’s at 2:48, but I’m planning to double that by watching a bunch of videos before bedtime.

Are there other ways I could violate the recommendations?

I average 2.5 hours a day on my phone. My work and hobbies involve computers so… probably like 11 or more a day

Who knows. Gotta be at least 12 yesterday. That might be low. 4 entire hours without a TV, laptop, or phone seems unlikely.

Not sure I believe most of the other answers here.

Just about to go to bed with 2h51min screen time.

Baby won't nap unless she's in the stroller, so a lot of that is Pokémon Go while trying to get baby to go down for a nap.

6 hours and 23 minutes. On my phone, that is. I spent a couple of hours (probably around 4 to 5?) at my PC earlier today as well.

I'm at 47 minutes so far, but it's still early. Depending on how busy I am, it may get up to 3 hours by the end of the day.
