Literally everyone hates their health insurance company, the premiums, the deductibles, the denial of claims. There is a reason almost every regular working person left right and center cheered this guy on. I get a pretty long leash to talk politics at work (retail) and literally every single person, customers and coworkers alike have basically said "yeah that was fuckin rad". Had a 70 year old guy literally wearing a tophat and American flag pin overhear me talking to another customer about it and he came up to me and leaned in and said "Y'know I am kinda secretly pulling for the guy".

I have another acquaintance as a long time customer who told me she is "changing her stance on murder never being wrong".

As the contradictions of capitalism continue to sharpen and more and more people are disillusioned with liberalism and throwing civility politics out the window we are going to see more of this.
