Sweet Tooth was great lol. I was wondering how they were going to depict him because the evil clown trope is so played out since Twisted Metal first appeared, with so many other great standouts in the field to be compared to (different versions of the Joker, the guy from The Terrifier, It, etc.).
Yeah they struck a good balance with him and somehow ended up with theatre kid juggalo revolutionary.
Twisted Metal was so fucking stupid and I loved it the entire time

Nice it definitely seems like they're doing world building and setup for the real tournament. Honestly I am pretty impressed how good it is.
I'm trying. none of my usual streaming sites are working for it. 
I had to make space and torrent it. I got 7 eps in last night and it's amazing. It's like an homage to Uwe Boll by someone good at film.
Sweet Tooth, Hoover Dam "DMV"
Halfway through the first episode (put off for the same reasons as yourself) and it’s actually solid! An enjoyable addition of plot to the fun shooty-car game of yore

I thought it seemed halfway decent (and maybe even developed themes!?) but thought I’d check before investing more time lol I’m excited
The themes are, cops are fascists, liberals are fascists, corporations are fascists, and the DMV is, yep you guessed it: Fascists. And the most sympathetic characters are the hot latina lady and hot black dude, an anarcho-nihilist clown revolutionary, and a convoy of truckers run by queers.
Nice those are the vibes I got- more coherent than most apocalypse/anarchy-coded stuff anyway lol and I’ll take what I can get
