If I were a nefarious government whose spyware psy-op app was being banned I'd start an astroturf campaign to get people to swap to a different app controlled by me by using the algorithms in my current about to be banned spyware app.
Just saying.
I'm not sure China wants westerns using their internal propaganda app. Mixing the internal and external propaganda quickly leads to absurdities.
They'll probs just segregate the users
