Good on them. With Markiplier's new movie hitting a theatrical release, I expect to see a decentralizing of film just as we're catching a glimps of a decentralized internet. Indie films are gonna fill that drought. Hollywood was getting stale anyways.
I have no idea who Markiplier is, so I don't think it's as universal as you might think.

What do we think will be Pushing Daisy’d (cancelled way before its time)? Which will be Battlestar’d (go off the rails)?
I was thinking about Andor when I posted this (partly 'cos I'm always thinking about Andor). However season 2 turns out, there'll always be a question of what it could have been, free of delays and with a working showrunner.
Of the other shows I watch, I can imagine FROM getting the push, leaving us without answers to the show's many mysteries.
