I offered my landlord US$100 a month to have a cat. He said no, thinking I'd move. I didn't move, I just hang out with my mom's cat, who loves me.

What can landlords really do if you do have pet? Like if they come and I leave the cat to someone else for a day?

Oh, the hair? That's just from my friends cat he took with him when visiting just a couple of days ago.
