I don't believe this one bit. Canada in general is extremely cozy with Banderites. There are memorial monuments for them and their deputy PM's grandfather was a Banderite too, a fact that she is wholeheartedly unapologetic about.

Canada admitting a bunch of Nazis, partly based on the fact that they were Nazis, was covered by mainstream media 25 years ago.
