Probably the only joker that gets easier to use on higher stakes than on lower.
I wish there was more point to Madness in the lower stakes. I don't see why I'd want this joker without access to eternals.
The only way to make it work without eternals is to go heavy on planets and stock up on enhanced cards. It's like an easier Jokerless challenge.
