Proliferation is a sticky wicket. It's worth noting that Canada could already make nukes in months if we wanted to. I really do like the idea of not wasting spent fuel, but obviously I don't want to raise the risk of nuclear war.

yea, leave the "Spent Fuel" for people who need to make dirty bombs. real smart.

We should close the waste loop and be using fuel in a liquid, not this solid stuff that requires to shutdown to shuffle and remove spent fuel.
