Hehe that was how I realized I should maybe go and get checked out for ADHD. turns out I had all the ADHD lol
These memes are part of the reason that I will try to get myself checked for ADHD/ADD next week (next week is when I will look into how/where I can get myself checked without going bankrupt). It does kinda suck when you should learn for exams but can't get your ass up, but also can't relax, since you know you should be learning.
That's the age old cycle of "can't relax, can't work" and it sure does suck. It didn't stop for me when on meds, but I'm able to process the feeling and do the work I need to. Good luck at the brain medical person
I have been getting calls and texts for about a week and a half, reminding me to schedule an appointment for my referral to a psychologist for ADHD testing/evaluation ๐
Edit: just made my appointment... soonest is fuckin' APRIL, approximately a month after the start of the next potential government shutdown... I'm a federal employee... fuckery.
