The GBA SP is still a fantastic piece of hardware for pocket gaming despite being over 20 years old.
That is definitely a shop, though. The official spec sheet from Nintendo's site states it only has a resolution of 240x160 pixels.
If it's not a shop, it's an aftermarket device/screen, not original hardware.
While this looks like a Photoshop, it is actually possible. It's an Anbernic SP and you can run Windows 95 on it via DOSBox and Bluetooth mouse.

I would Imagine a SBC? and an LCD.
There are knockoff consoles that can run linux, and thus dosbox and qemu, if you get the right install on it's sd card.
When you get tired of running Doom on a pencil, and need a new challenge to face... :-P
