America: let's disband the CDC, FDA, USDA, any set of letters we can that might regulate something. all the livestock dies from preventable diseases

I’m no businessman, but it sounds one country has a lot of product and one country has a lot of customers …if someone could get them to come to an agreement of some sort, they could say that they knew the art of the deal.
