Lemmy dot ML is blocking Voyager app : lemmy

We have been blocking requests with empty user agent for a long time, its odd that it would stop working now.

It stopped working only a day or two ago. Thought it was a server hiccup at first.

Edit: Voyager pushed out the user agent update today and it resolved the issues.

I experienced the exact same thing two days ago. Voyager stopped accepting actions like upvotes/downvotes, logged out and couldn't log back in until the recent update. Before that it worked fine, daily usage.

Damn, can't blame the ml admins on this one if Voyager wasn't sending a user agent.

Not that a user agent can't be spoofed easily or anything.

Because that's gonna help stop bots.
