The intent of KOSA is to silence trans folk. The creators of the bill admitted as much.

You can't do that and still honor the first amendment of the US Constitution. I think they're just trying to fish for a judge who will handwave it through anyway.

Sadly, considering the state of the judiciary, they have a good chance of succeeding.
