Seeding shouldn't be done on ratios - being the only one seeding 10 seasons of a tv show and getting it to 0.4:1 is way more helpful than seeding the same movie as everyone else and getting to 20:1, you're noy contributing anything there other than decreasing your bandwidth for things that aren't already at 100,000% availability

By "burn it" I meant turn it into charcoal... Charcoal averages 80% carbon (range 50-95%), whereas depending on the type coal ranges from 60-92% carbon, with the purest type, anthracite, being 86-92% carbon

Given a mass production system would likely result in more uniform carbon content near the top of the range, I don't think it's unreasonable to suggest that they could be swapped out pretty easily

If it's everything you do, then no, I struggle a lot with work ethic/just being a lazy pos but even then I do have some things I enjoy and am willing to work for... I think finding more things I enjoy (cycling, dnd & programming mainly) has helped a lot with that, so I feel like just trying new things and being willing to "give up" on them fast if you don't like them may be good?

As a follow up, to get a third (and more) term would it be possible to run for vp and have a contract with someone who agrees to run for president then resign immediately after inauguration, or is there a law against that?

Oh yeah I absolutely agree with monopoly abuse being a bad thing with a huge caveat that it's so much worse for essential services and not quite as bad for extras, like youtube. I personally can't see any competition to youtube being able to provide a better service - it's in a similar niche to Netflix where they were great until they got competition at which point the userbase and content fragmented, which meant they had to provide a worse service to make money as the content rights agreements made it into several small monopolies and so they were literally unable to compete, which is frankly worse

I mean there does have to be something there and while I prefer charities, fake companies or promoting your own products, if they're not targeted and realistic so you see eg. Ethiad ads while playing as City I don't think that's too bad... But on loading screens, menu screens or as popups gtfo, even if it's your own product

Idk it depends, I got billed close to 1000€ by German healthcare after damaging a ligament despite me having a valid EHIC because "you're not a German resident so you have to pay", it took forever dealing with my own healthcare system who refunded me and I assume chased it up with your system, but still they're a bunch of scammers

Of course they are, they're scared they're even losing the vote of the "kids these days..." tory core so they're thrashing about like a fish out of water trying desperately to not lose them... There's been stories like this for months now and very little to come from most of them

I don't think I implied otherwise?

The guy I was responding to said C4 or D1, but strong, implying they were similar

C4 is strong with a splash of milk, D1 is incredibly weak with no milk so it seems as though they preferred C4 and not D1

Down is next because it's a list of songs with the first song at the top and the last at the bottom.

Frankly it's the orientation that makes the most sense when you consider it given most people will be listening from a streaming service, but back when CDs were a thing the songs weren't considered a list but tracks numbered from 1 to n. The up button incremented the track number and so it made sense for up to be next.

Going even further to tapes, fast forward and rewind literally moved the tape left to right/right to left, and so it made sense for them to be right and left respectively, however now it makes less sense other than being what older people are used to

That'd be C4 then

A=>D is decreasing milk amount, and 1=>4 is increasing strength, so D1 would essentially be water, A1 would essentially be milk and the B3/B4/C3/C4 would be the square of "not pulling a face when you take the first sip" (although I lie somewhere between B4 & C3 so I may be biased)

If I were to say "at 3am, almost all grocery stores are empty, yet almost all houses are occupied, so look how much land is being wasted by grocery stores" would that be fair and representative, or picking and choosing a time to suit what I'm trying to say?

Even if we do pick and choose in favour of cars, the train is still probably more space efficient even with only around 30-50 people on board so why put yourself in a position where you can be rightfully called out as misrepresentating the data?

For the last part, have you been to London? Outside of 7:30-9:30 and 16:30-20:00 you're pretty much guaranteed a seat anywhere on the network - when you consider that 27% of the capacity of a piccadilly line train is seating, I would call a train that's 10-25% full near empty in the same way that a car with 1 person in would be near empty... And if you look at the streets of London during the day, it's all taxis and vans, generally the taxis are a mix of families and people alone, leaning towards families as it makes more sense financially to get one the more of you there are, and the vans generally have groups of people who are using them for work
