It’s hard to overstate my satisfaction

What I mean is a higher resolution than the linked site provides. NASA has an “original” image of the last time they made an image like this but I haven’t found one for this new image yet. That original is 4000x2330 but the one linked in the OP site is only 1200x729.

Anyone have a link to the full resolution image?

I don’t know if this is in other places, but this is an Ohio landmark along I-71

Rise of the Reds is my favorite, but Shockwave and Contra are also pretty good. Only issue I have is the performance takes a hit since the game is so heavily single threaded and the game logic is tied to the frame rate. Luckily there are a couple projects trying to alleviate that but they’re a long way from being ready. OpenSage and Thyme specifically. GenLauncher is helpful for trying out the different mods at least.

I usually end up just playing Zero Hour with a few GenTool modifications though.

Still one of my favorite games to play every now and then. Great modding scene too.

I’ve heard it’s because the plane is moving so fast when taking off and landing that the phones will ping many different cell towers in rapid succession and that can wreak havoc on the network. It also makes your battery drain faster as it struggles to find a stable cell connection.
