That edit is basically why I didn’t care for it.

I have a pair of usb Logitech controllers and they are alright, but the configuration was a pain, so like.. ehh.

It’s a lot better now, I just have a huge backlog of discs so not in a rush. Probably won’t be bothering with the next generation of consoles though. No point.

You could get like 50 people to pool resources to buy themselves a community… then pool resources to run it. It wouldn’t cost much for each person, really. 60k each.

As a bonus they could live in it now to maintain and further develop it, if they want to.

Maybe, but something tells me they weren’t just recording cherry blossom dates. I just have a super hard time believing they didn’t record a bunch of stuff throughout the year, cherry blossom date being but one of them.

But maybe I’m wrong :)

I hallucinate too, ai. It’s ok. It happens. It doesn’t make you any less a self-aware entity.

Granted, my hallucinations don’t impact anyone else other than answering “did you hear that?” (No) Or “do you smell peanut butter?” (Also always no), but it’s pretty common for humans to hallucinate (even if most people who do won’t admit to it because it’s socially linked with major issues like schizophrenia), so maybe that’s why our ai does it.

There’s a lot of ~65k houses in Indiana, as well.

I live in a low cost area and that’s about the only place I could move to come out ahead if I sell. Because houses there cost what I paid in 2013 for roughly equivalent places.. but they don’t get much weather, and I’d rather ride out the climate catastrophe in a water rich region than a wanna-be desert..

You could always sell it to someone in the market for a used phone.

This is great news. We need more working with the environment and less trying to control it.

Controlling it is a losing battle, and the consequences of doing it are pretty not great.

Don’t go into STEM, then.

It’s everywhere.

And the definitions in stem fields are often very subtly different, and also different from lay language definitions (like theory in science means something very different than common use)

Oh man, so with you there. I have a ps+ subscription and have been streaming games and all, but it’s such a pain to find games, it’s not the same as just looking at every game for every system I own. Maybe page through the booklet. Look at the box art..

Digital is not the same ☹️

Fair. I live in a LCOL area, mine don’t touch appliances, outdoor stuff, etc., can’t even donate to them, so it’s really just a place for cheaper remodeling stuff.

They have furniture, cabinetry, and building supplies. That’s about it. Limited plumbing fixtures, limited lighting, some “extra” paint and carpet tiles in mostly neutral colors.

Doors (no frame) are like $5-10, same with window sashes. Doors with frame are iirc $25, I never looked at windows with frame.

An entire very nice kitchen cabinet set ripped out of a newer condo is like $600.

That look of relief..

I’ve heard they have to retire service dogs (search and rescue) after major incidents because it’s traumatic for them to find so many dead bodies when they are trained to rescue living people..

I believe it. It would be traumatic for me too.
