Joking aside, it is really sad especially when you see the state the country is in today because of the brain drain over the last few decades leaving about 75% of the US adult population with literacy skills at or below a 6th grade level. (21% is clinically illiterate)

Where is the bill to make child marriage illegal if we want to speak about "protecting the children"? How about proper funding, staffing, and over site of Child protection services?
It is disgusting looking at how many lengths politicians go to ignore, and prevent changes to, those laws while making nothing issues the "solution".

Healthcare is a service that can be run for profit.
Education is a service that can be run for profit.
Infrastructure building can be run for profit.
Home building can be run for profit.
Doesn't mean any of it should.
I would rather my tax dollars go to the services we need which includes postal. You may live in an area that easily has other alternatives, but this is Canada and most of our country is rural.
