Or how about the part where all their chicken’s bland as shit. “Spicy” my ass.
Popeyes is the superior chicken fast food. I'll fight anyone on this hill.
I've had practice eating at Popeyes.

At this point there's a con happening all over the country all throughout the year. Dunno where "south" is for you but the big one I know about is Texas Furry Fiesta in Dallas in March.
Granted Texas has like 4 of them going nowadays by itself lol.
I realize I'm late to the response but the Democrat campaign in Missouri is captured by the DNC which is walking in step with Biden. Last senate campaign we had a choice on the democrats side between a left leaning former marine and pushed major antitrust policies or... an heiress to the biggest beer company in the country.
I'll let you guess who the DNC and the campaigns assigned to our state backed. I'll not even count the first two guesses.
I'll toss in as I have two, a set at home and at work.
For music, they're honestly kinda meh. They'll get the job done if you want some music but lets be frank you'll find better sound quality headphones out there.
The reason I absolutely find them game changers is they allow me to wear them when I'm at work. I work on mechanical equipment in hospitals, so I need to hear what's going on around me, one earbud can block up a side but this means I can hear when someone is talking to me. Also I found that earbuds didn't fit me well so would potentially fall out, these wrap around the back of the head and stay in place, even when I'm working in some strange positions. And when I'm pulling out the power tools and things are going to be loud, I stick in earplugs, and I can hear what I'm listening to better even.
Phone work, I was shocked because my last job I was in a cargo van with minimal insulation so A LOT of road noise, but I'd hear the person I'm talking to with little issue and they could hear me well. Makes hands free phones a lot better.
I listen to podcasts, audiobooks, and the like. I mean chew through so many of them it's not even funny. Because of that sometimes I found with the single earbud one you'd have something in stereo, well that single earbud messes it up and you gotta set it to a mono sound. These you've got that dynamic sound going.
So in short, if you're going for audiophile level stuff, pass on these, but for daily drivers in day to day life they're on the top ten things I've ever bought.
Lets be honest, the "fight" part people are too comfortable and aren't going to do anything. I'd love it if it were so, but I"m not a leader.
So my realistic plan is buy in bulk, start a garden, try to convince friends and neighbors to do the same to be able to help each other out when the worst of it comes. Which frankly is the exact same plan if Biden wins, but with a lot more fear behind it.
But I guess sometimes you need your house to burn down before you realize why we need a publicly funded fire department.
Question... were you bringing up the house out in Tennessee that burned down because the county didn't have a publicly funded fire department? Because if so, that's a hell of a deep cut.
That would change overnight if we had personel getting pasted by IDF while dropping off supplies.
We had citizens in the war zone for a month until Egypt made a corridor. NPR was talking directly to them as they begged the US government to help them get out.
The US isn't going to stare down the IDF at all
Look, last two elections I looked at the third parties, the most prominent was when it was Trump v Hillary. Green party couldn't get a candidate that felt coherent enough to put up a fight against any of the other parties. Libertarian party has consistentently been Republicans who don't want to call themselves Republican.
Those were the best two options. So yea... while both options suck, one is a moldering garbage fire and the other is running over to the garbage fire with gasoline, I'm going to do what I can to stop the gasoline. So yes, I can vote 3rd party, just as well as I can piss in the wind and hope it gets in one of the leaders eye.
You want 3rd party? Do the same thing the Republicans have been doing for the past 30 years and stop doing what the Democrats have considered the best plan. Don't focus on the Presidency as the pure win/lose. Focus on it on the locals. Mayors, state legislators, governors. When the locals start following then start chipping to get into the senate and legislative branches. That's when the chance will be had. But until a 3rd party is willing to play the same game as Republicans did where there will be no uncontested election no matter how small, no one is going to care because it's quite telling how involved they are when all the local ballots are only filled with (D) and (R)
Green River... unless it's the Sprecher Red Apple but that's seasonal which makes me angry lol
in the American style the fork is held much like a spoon, a pen or much like an excavator
Shots fucking fired.
Old WoW player, hit Guild Wars, EVE Online and ESO. Had fun in them... but I had a lot of the same problems you're talking about. EVE was fun because it was screw the story, the fights are on, but any of the others, there's story and your character is off to the side.
Few months ago a friend got me into Final Fantasy 14. Note, it's the first FF game I've played so I didn't go in with the love like so many but holy lord it scratches that RPG itch I've been looking for for years in an mmo setting... like straight up the story is at a point where I say my character is really not in a good place. Frankly it's story is better than some of the single player games I've gotten to recently.
Personally I hope so. They're burning the world, it'll at least be fun to watch them flounder in the process.
