Agreed. Maybe check app battery stats? I found that home assistant app in some configurations kills my phone in 4 hours.

I just discovered this app. I know there are folks out there who think location tracking is the opposite of privacy but it's a nice security tool to keep track of your loved ones. I found this one thats fully end to end encrypted. I am currently in the works to migrate my family of 10 over. (This includes my grandparents who are less than tech savvy)

Just thought I would share in the event there was a father like me looking for a similar tool that doesn't sell your location data or breach your data.

Kinda thinking the same thing. Been seeing a lot of posts shitting on graphene this week.

Do you have any supporting links? I saw a reddit post saying something similar but I cant find a real article or support. Either way I am returning the product.

Ive been on the hunt for a while for something like this. I started looking again since the life360 breach. This is nearly perfect. Just need the iOS app to have a little more support and be in the app store for my less techy friends/family.

Well. I have a few servers there. Suppose I will move them. Nothing that isn't easy to move. I can probably find something cheaper on LEB. I just like vultr UI. A lot of the cheaper places make it feel like the early 00s.

Is there a section about the wiki on the wiki? I was wondering what the wiki tool is.

I have calyx hotspot/ tmobile home internet. Ive been having issues with my work Palo Alto Global Protect VPN and tailscale. Neither of them seem to stay connected. They will work for a bit after I reboot my modem. I am using the glinet spitz 5g modem. Any tips for band, MTU, or APN for better experience?

Ive notice they not meter the Xfinity Free wifi SSID that their rented modem provides. The one where you login with your xfinity account "on-the-go". Its intended for when you are away from home. But I know someone who used it to bypass the metering.

My cat keeps waking me up. Causing me to have a grumpy day. If my cat or any animal was prevented normal sleep would they get grumpy/agitated like humans?

Magic earth seems pretty good.

HD traffic and report a cop. Also not google and privacy built.

More of a tailscalequestions I suppose, but the usecase is heavily this community. Double NAT so no port forwarding. Using Tailscale fine to get to jellyfix/plex. But how would one use it on a hotel TV or at a friends house/TV ? Thought?
