Sorry but that's bullshit and is harmful.

Voting is quintessential to getting us out of this mess and trying to downplay the power of voting is only beneficial to those currently in power.

There are many actions to take beyond voting, but there is one very specific reason trump is president right now: his people voted.

This is voting for your own best interests as a part of a country.

What kind of fool believes that is supposed to require outreach? Would you rather visit an inept doctor because they make you feel more like a big boy by courting your feelings?

If voters must have outreach to not show up, that means they see no difference in their own life between the candidates.

When he was tweeting for his followers to amass and how it was going to get "wild" (from memory I think that's what he said) on January 6th long in advance I was freaked out but everyone said that was not a big deal.

I still doubt anyone will see this as a big deal the second time :/

Forget legal recourse (assuming this post is true at face value which is a huge assumption I know) but if a corporation is trying to get out of ending a human life in such an obviously unjust way, we as a society should be burning them to the ground.

But at the same time, who would throw away their life (being jailed) in order to do that, because citizens are definitely not protected in the same way, so this will just keep on happening. (Assuming this case is real, but there are other equally abhorrent examples of corporations being excused of consequences for ending human life for the sake of making money)

Yeah but they get away with it because their audience only cares/is fed the stuff they agree with

Trump said the government should be allowed to take people's guns without due process (just breaking two constitutional amendments, NBD) and Republicans just had to wait a couple days and their voters forgot about it

About 10 years a go I missed two flights for work because the taxi I had scheduled in advance never showed, and when I called dispatch they said 'he found a better fair, he's allowed to do that's

When I explained this to my neighbor who drove cabs be was still angry with me for switching to Lyft, but also agreed with the dispatch. Cabs don't want to change, which sucks because I wish there was more competition

I cannot possibly fathom a world in which orange incontinence personified shows up understanding he can be muted.

I can only imagine either the fact that they will be muted is being overstated to us, or that he doesnt understand and will be charging his diaper ass across the stage the second that he realizes people can no longer hear him.

Don't forget their party of "family values" and "religious morals" candidate who slept with a porn star while his wife was recovering from giving birth to their child

If you look closely at the body cam capture, you will see that the perpetrator is white.

The amount of whinging and bootlicking from people taking Spez's side was insane before I left for good.
