I never see refrigerators being called AC either, and they're air-to-air heat pumps too. People just call things what they want regardless of the technical details.
But can it be solved by throwing less sensors at the problem? Cause that's what he's been doing. Removing sensors from the newer versions that were in the older ones.
Is it conspiracy bullshit that megacorps and billionaires directly benefit from, and spend millions on, sowing division among the people?
Low skill users will use what comes installed on their machine, so installation quirks like that are not relevant for them. They don't install Windows either.
The planet broke before the Guard did.
But did it work because of the style or in spite of it? No reason to believe it wouldn't be even more successful if he had been less abrasive like he is now.
Still is.
Original release date was actually announced as 2014 originally (during the 2012 Kickstarter), iirc.
We can and should be doing both. Use the money our governments are giving to fossil fuels in subsidies. $7 trillion PER YEAR (that's 11 million every minute) in public subsidies go to fossil fuels. Channel that to nuclear and renewables and there's more than enough to decarbonise the grids with both short- and long-term solutions.
What we definitely should not be doing is closing perfectly working nuclear power plants.
Well, you guys don't even have holiday destination going for you. Good luck lads.
Renewables + batteries? You wouldn't have saved any emissions. Construction of a nuclear plant doesn't require as much carbon emissions as you think. And regardless, nuclear isn't competing with renewables, anyway, it's for replacing carbon-emitting power plants. Nuclear and renewables need to work hand-in-hand if we want to actually reach net zero greenhouse gas emissions.
Why not just use this one? It's not like it's teeming with content.
